| Attic Fans:
Roof mounted attic fans are installed through your roof adjacent to your attic, towards
the back of your home. Typically, the fan is installed 18 inches below the peak of your roof.
To compliment your roof, roof mounted attic fan domes are available in the following colors: |

CONTROLS
|
Every attic fan comes with a thermostat. The thermostat will
start the attic fan when a certain temperature is
reached. This temperature is set during installation and we usually set it at 90 to 95 degrees. Once the temperature drops below the set temperature,
the thermostat will shut off the attic fan. |

In addition to a thermostat, it is recommended that a humidistat be installed.
A humidistat will start the attic fan if a certain relative humidity is reached. This humidity level is set during installation and we usually set
it at 85 percent humidity. Once the relative humidity drops below the set humidity level, the humidistat will shut off the attic fan. This will reduce
the amount of mold and mildew in the air of your house, and also prevent roof deck rot, saving you thousands of dollars worth of repairs.
