To improve comfort and lower your energy costs, insulation and ventilation are essential.  Most homes have the minimal amount of insulation and ventilation.  The builder only brings the home up the code.

For insulation removal, Attic air will vacuum, bag, and haul away old insulation.  Insulation removal is recommended for all critter infestations, i.e. racoons in the attic.  Also, insulation removal is good for smoke damage and cellulose removal.

Once insulation is removed, Attic air will disinfect and deodorize the attic as needed.

All of the work can be performed in one day.  The insulation vacuums are put outside the home, and material is vacuumed through 4" hose.  All areas are fully tarped and we clean and vacuum before the job is completed.  Attic Air can reinsulate the same day.  There is no extra charge for a separate trip to the home if needed.

Finally, racoon infestation, smoke and water damage are covered by most insurance companies.
